The STPH is a heavy-duty, truck-mounted pothole patching body built for real productivity in roadway repair operations. It features an oil-jacketed heating system combined with an auger-delivery hopper, offering a rugged, integrated solution for heating, hauling, and dispensing asphalt materials (both hot-mix and cold-mix) for potholes, utility cuts, bridge decks, etc. It’s available in multiple capacities and configurations (chassis-mounted, hook-mounted, trailer) so you can match it to your fleet and job size.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Oil-jacketed heating system: Provides smooth, uniform heating to asphalt material and helps reduce hot spots or uneven heating.
  • Auger delivery system: A 6″ × 3/8″ AR 400 hardened auger with hydraulic direct drive moves material efficiently from hopper to road surface.
  • 270° full-opening hydraulic top doors: Allows rapid, wide access for loading material into the hopper.
  • Internal oil-jacketed baffle: Ensures heat penetrates the center of the hopper where material tends to cool first.
  • Multiple size options: For example, capacities in cubic yards up to 7.0 (about 9.45 tons), depending on configuration.
  • “Green-friendly” exhaust/recirculating system: Enhances environmental performance of the heating system.
