The SPHD Dump Style Premix Heater is a highly capable dump-style hot box designed for road-maintenance crews who need to heat, reclaim and deploy both hot-mix and cold-mix asphalt for potholes, utility cuts, bridge decks, and more.

- Available in two capacities: 2.0 cubic yards (~3 ton) and 3.0 cubic yards (~4 ton) to match job scale.
- Oil-jacketed, diesel-fired heating system with automatic temperature controls and a recirculating exhaust for improved burner efficiency and greener emissions.
- Dump design featuring a 12,000-lb. electric-over-hydraulic scissor hoist, allowing a dump angle of up to 50° for easy material discharge.
- Built with smart operator-friendly touches: gas-assist top and rear doors, lowest-profile hopper design (which improves stability and load access), and robust framework (2″ × 6″ × 3⁄16″ rectangular steel tubing + one-piece shackle).
- Designed for safe, stable operation “no outriggers needed” due to weight distribution and low profile
