The SMT Mini Tanker is a compact yet robust asphalt distributor trailer engineered for efficiency and value. Built for water-based emulsions, it offers high performance, durability and versatility in a size tailored to meet your maintenance needs and budget.
Key features include:
- Available in multiple tank capacities: 250, 400, 600, 1000 and 1200 gallons—giving you flexibility to match your production requirements
- Standard equipment includes an insulated tank, lockable 20-inch manway, heavy-duty trailer with one-piece shackles, a burner, ladder, rollover protection, gravity drain, and stainless-steel liner—ensuring readiness and durability right out of the box
- Optional features to tailor the unit include overnight electric heat, hydraulic or electric agitator, choice of power units (Kohler LPG, Honda gasoline or Kubota diesel), 20 GPM hydraulic pump with spray wand, and a variety of spray bars (6′ or 8′, non-circulating or circulating)
- Optional accessories cover safety and convenience: strobe lights, arrow boards, SMV signs, hose reels, wash-down systems, spare tire holders, tool boxes and more.
- Brake and hitch options are designed for safe and compliant towing: hydraulic brakes for single/tandem axles and ABS air brakes for the largest models; hitch options include 2-5/16″ ball or 3″ pintle.
